New generation toolmakers
Formteknik Värnamo was founded in 2017 by three partners with long experience and a common goal to build a modern workshop where technology, precision and development are at the center. We manufacture aluminum die-casting tools, offer tool service, contract manufacturing and plastic mold tools. All production takes place in our workshop in Värnamo, where we have control over quality, lead times and technical solutions.
We work with leading foundries in Sweden, often with end customers such as Volvo, Scania or ABB. We are a technical and flexible partner with capacity for the entire chain. From drawing to finished product.
Quality and environment
We work methodically with quality at every stage from design to delivery. All projects follow clear procedures and are documented according to our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. We ensure measurable precision, use energy-efficient machinery and constantly improve our CAD and CAM systems.
Our goal is for each tool to work immediately, last over time and simplify the customer's production. In parallel, we take responsibility for the environment by optimizing material flows, reducing waste and choosing machines with low energy consumption. Our quality work is continuously developed in line with customer requirements, technology and environmental conditions.
